Membership Terms & Conditions
The system automatically updates your membership status during early morning hours each day.
Purchase amounts are calculated based on product prices only, excluding shipping fees.
Orders must be “Paid” and not “Cancelled” to qualify for membership calculations.
Membership Qualification & Renewal
Membership is valid for 12 months.
Within the 12-month period:
A single or accumulated spending of NT$8,000 qualifies you as a VIP.
An accumulated spending of NT$5,000 renews your membership for another 12 months.
If the renewal threshold is not met, the system will automatically adjust your membership level based on your total spending once the membership expires.
Birthday Reward Credits
Birthday credits are automatically issued at midnight on your birthday.
Credits can be used exclusively on the LINLANG official website.
Credits cannot be exchanged for gifts or cash.
Credits must be used within 30 days; expired credits will not be reinstated.
If an order is returned and the credits have expired, the birthday credit is considered used and will not be reissued.
Members who join or upgrade on their birthday are not eligible for the birthday credit that year.
