Return Policy

1.    Product Inspection Period


If the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Return the product along with the invoice and original packaging (including the product, accessories, inner and outer packaging, and gifts). Missing or damaged items may affect return eligibility. Please provide the name, order number, contact phone number, the name of the product for return/exchange, the reason for return/exchange, and photos. Customer service will assist with the return or exchange.


According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, a 7-day inspection period is provided from the day the product arrives (including public holidays). The inspection period allows for evaluation, viewing, and comparison of the product. A return and refund can be requested within 7 days. The inspection period is not a trial period; returns will not be accepted beyond this period. Once all return procedures are completed and the returned product is received in intact condition, the refund will be processed immediately.


2.     Return Policy


a.    Returned products must be unused and free from any damage not caused by human error. The 7-day inspection period is for considering if the product meets needs, not for testing the product. Proper packaging for the return is required (including the outer packaging box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.


b.    Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

·      Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.

·      The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, faults, damages, wear and tear, scratches, dirt).

·      Incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.

·      Malicious or excessive returns.



3.    Return Process

4.    Refund Instructions


·      Credit Card Payments: The refund will be processed back to the original credit card account after the return is confirmed.

·      Cash on Delivery: The refund will be transferred to your provided bank account after the return is confirmed.


5.    Exchange Policy


·      Exchanged products must be unused and free from any damage not caused by human error. Please properly package the item for exchange using the original packaging (including the outer packaging box); otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted. Please do not paste papers or write on the original packaging.

·      Coupons and discount codes are considered discounts and cannot be restored or refunded once used.

·      Free gifts must also be returned if the return causes the order total to fall below the minimum purchase amount required to receive the gift.

·      Products returned or refunded for personal reasons and subsequently reordered are not eligible for another return or refund.



6.    Exchange Process


If both parties agree to an exchange, please process the return for the original order and place a new order. We will issue an invoice and charge or refund any difference in cost accordingly. If there is no cost difference, no additional processing is required.
